I used Levi's for 2 property sales and a purchase. Although the situation with Covid slowed things down I found the whole process to be pretty smooth. I received good communication throughout and they were always available on the phone or via email to answer any queries. Towards the end of the process we were moved to a new solicitor, Gillian Sandford due to case load challenges. This is where the service we received stepped up to another level. Gillian took complete ownership of the process, moved things along at a pace, handled a challenging situation with the buyers solicitor admirably and managed us through what could have been a bit of a nightmare day on completion. All very impressive!
