In Milwaukee, nearly 3 in 5 will drop out of school before graduation. Without an education, they will be lured to criminal activity and many will face violence, incarceration, and worse. Operation Dream provides a sanctuary on Saturdays and personalized on-call "wrap around"​ support for these kids to learn how to survive the temptations of the streets, how to dream of a brighter future, and how to achieve their dreams. We offer a structured environment that supports four major initiatives: academic achievement, work training, family & community, and health & fitness.
