The salesman (Ceasar) and manager of the dealership are phenomenal! The customer service at the Service Dept wasn't as expected. The lady who took my information was not friendly at all. And although we wear masks, i could tell she did not have a smile. The time that it took to service my vehicle was great! My car was done well before the 2 hour estimate.

So this is the first time I have ever responded to any kind of survey. Normally its because I know most companies at your level frankly don't truly care. I'm upset that my transmission is having to be replaced on such a new vehicle. I'm more irate that the prices I was told to replace the part along with additional work was at such an outrageous price. I have spoken to other professional mechanics who have confirmed that what I was being charged was ludicrous. If I have the opportunity to contact my friend who is a news anchor, I will. As far as your customer service reps. , they were a joke. I called more then half a dozen times and when I walked in and I see everyone there on there cell phones looking at social media, it was obvious what the problem was. None the less, rest assure you will never have to deal with me or any other potential customer you could have had.

Do not waste your time at this dealership. Take your business elsewhere. I called in spoke to \Frank \ Fleet Manager. Scheduled my appointment with him. Had a 20 minute conversation with him letting him know exactly what traverse and package I wanted. Let him know I did not want to be hopped around from person to person. He promised me that he would be taking care of me. I also explained that I needed the best price and the car ready because I would be bringing my kids and wanted to minimize their exposure at the dealership. I show up to my appointment and Gerald is the salesman that comes out. Unfortunately they did not provide him with the information and he was just thrown at us. He was the only person who tried to provide us with the best service and he brings us in to run my credit. We wait 3 hours ! To run numbers and for them to try to run my credit. Poor Gerald was practically chasing down everyone in finance and they were all ignoring him. (only 2 other customers on the floor) Finance did not want a sale on a Thursday? Ridiculous so I requested to speak to the sales floor manager \Vinny\ he comes out and promises us to \Make it Right\. No one calls me back so I called back and requested Vinny he sends me to voicemail. I request the GM and the front desk says he is unavailable. I request another sales manager and I speak to Mike. Tell him everything that happened and he also said he would get back to me. Worst Customer service and Management.

I couldn’t have asked for more. Was by far my best car/truck buying experience. Tony was extremely helpful and saw that my family and I were well taken care of from start to finish. I am 100% satisfied with my experience!!!
