CARL one of the BEST service advisor I have gotten when coming in to get my car oil change, since he first greeted me with a good morning telling me that it was going to be an X amount of time to wait ... then I explained my car situation to him and he went above and beyond to get me out ASAP. KEEP DOING GREAT. I have to say that we had a very good experience. We made an appointment for a test drive and Mark Saunders was there to meet us. He made sure to answer any questions that we had honestly and patiently. After the test drive we decided to make the purchase and we worked with him and his sales manager Rodney Frazer. We never felt pressured and they worked very hard to get us a deal that we were very satisfied with. Even after the deal they both went out of their way to ask if there was anything else that they could for us. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our family or friends.

Called ahead for an oil change. They said come on down. When I got here they said I missed the cutoff and that no one would have told me that... it’s 2pm and they don’t close until 6, horrible management. They also require masks regardless of medical issues which is a violation and most of their employees are notwearing masks correct to begin with...
