Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM FIAT Of Ontario

Called ahead for an oil change. They said come on down. When I got here they said I missed the cutoff and that no one would have told me that... it’s 2pm and they don’t close until 6, horrible management. They also require masks regardless of medical issues which is a violation and most of their employees are notwearing masks correct to begin with...

I have to say that we had a very good experience. We made an appointment for a test drive and Mark Saunders was there to meet us. He made sure to answer any questions that we had honestly and patiently. After the test drive we decided to make the purchase and we worked with him and his sales manager Rodney Frazer. We never felt pressured and they worked very hard to get us a deal that we were very satisfied with. Even after the deal they both went out of their way to ask if there was anything else that they could for us. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our family or friends.

I got the car I wanted with the options I wanted at the price I wanted. I felt like I was heard, I felt the sales rep was responsive and listened (Oscar) and that he offered me many financing options that fit my budget. he went out of his way to ensure that I understood the car's options and treated us with respect and dignity. I cannot say enough good things about my experience.

Purchase complete- In and out in under 15 minutes. Its our second van we have purchased here. The other dealer couldn't touch their price. Up front pricing, no games. We'll be back for the third van soon enough.

CARL one of the BEST service advisor I have gotten when coming in to get my car oil change, since he first greeted me with a good morning telling me that it was going to be an X amount of time to wait ... then I explained my car situation to him and he went above and beyond to get me out ASAP. KEEP DOING GREAT. I WANTED TO THANK YOU. :) YOU definitely made up from last time of me being here just didn't want to leave a BAD review from my previous experience but now thanks to you I will still be coming to you guy's !
