I have found the staff are always very willing to help, responsive, knowledgeable and excellent at keeping you updated on progress. Recently ONGC Systems attended our office to re-mediate our server/comms room which was left in a mess by our previous provider. ONGC Systems installed a new cabinet, re-cabled and completely tidied up the area. The Engineers and Service Delivery manager were exceptionally professional, courteous and polite. Nothing was too hard and they went the extra mile ensuring we were happy with the results. The downtime to the business was minimal which enabled the business to function during the work. I would highly recommend ONGC Systems to anyone if you want a provider that takes accountability, and get the job done.

My Optometry practices have been using ONGC for a couple years and we are certainly happy with their ability and promptness in rectifying any issues that arise. ONGC have been great in understanding our ability to upgrade and improve our technology within our budget and cash flow allowances. They have certainly made our life easier being able to consolidate all our phones, internet and general technology services under their umbrella. Any issues we have had with them generally stemmed from a little miscommunication, our unique set-up and the general frustrations with technology but ONGC have been able to manage all of this well which is why we are still with them.

Prior to ONGC coming on board, we had ongoing software outages which resulted in disruption and downtime. ONGC came onboard and made recommendations to upgrade our software and streamline processes. There were a few teething problems, however, we felt the team listened to our concerns and acted quickly and efficiently. We have a personal manager who visits us onsite every quarter and monitors our current situation and our future IT needs. We have found Jack to be professional, approachable and knowledgeable. ONGC fully deserve their reputation as the leading IT company for Medical Practices on the Gold Coast.

Four weeks waiting for a problem to be resolved is not acceptable. I guess they have my money already so I am not a priority. Would not recommend under any circumstances. Issue getting tablet to sync with Sharepoint is unresolved after 12 days ? How can it be so hard for these industry leading experts ?

Our lawfirm has been looked after with the help of Steve and the other expert IT technicians at ONGC for over 8 years. We have found them professional, quick to respond, and knowledgeable in office 365. They are continually improving themselves and showing us new technologies to get involved in, which is vital in this day and age.
