I rented with O'Neil for two years during college, and I and my roommate had no issues with them at all. They responded to maintenance requests quickly, were very friendly, and were very accommodating when we decided to change apartment units between years. If I could rent from them in the state I have moved to now, I absolutely would.

We have been at our apartment for a few months now and really love it. Everything looked good and clean when we moved in, maintenance has been quick to resolve any issues and has helped us figure out the fireplace (we've never used a gas fireplace before). The office does a great job sending out updates about improvements being done in the complex too. We're happy overall with the experience so far! Will update when we renew or need to move.

I rented from O'Neil for two years and by far they have been the best property management team I have ever dealt with in the Lafayette area. They addressed all my maintenance issues with ease and every single staff member I ever talk to was very easy to communicate with. Even though Im only a former a tenet, they helped me retrieve my old leasing agreements a had with them. I highly recommend them or at the very least hear them out if your either looking for place to rent or looking for a place to manage a property.

I’m subleasing a friends apartment for the summer and have loved the communication with management and maintenance. Any issue they are happy to resolve quickly. They send emails to let you know about painting or maintenance around the property. I love how well maintained everything is! I’ve already extended my lease until next year.

I would not recommend this landlord or company at all. They are very bad at communicating. my first issue happened when I was signing the lease. The lease said that I was not responsible for any utilities in the company would cover them, but they tried to change this after I had already signed and have me cover all utilities. I was not about to have them go back on a contract, we had signed so I compromised and paid for only some of them. But this is very unprofessional, and I should not have had to pay any utilities given the contract I signed. Monica the owner is very difficult to work with and quite poor at communicating. She is very unprofessional and likes taking advantage of poor college kids. My second main issue was in moving out, she told me the next tenants would like to buy my furniture so I left it there for them, But now she claims they don’t want it and they’re going to charge me to move it out. This company is trying to get your money at every moment possible and I would highly recommend you do not use their services. If I could give them no stars I would have.
