Charles is a bit hard to work with. I did end up getting cards but he treated me like he was doing me a favor. He doesn't deliver anything in 1 hour, which he made very clear when I requested that. 4 hours later I got my cards for the 1 hour (Rush) price. The cards were perfect.
This service is really great. You can get your card an hour after you approve the printed proof, or if you want you can get it the next day or in 5-business days. They worked with my files and they also design what you want right in front of you. I sent them my file and change information and they sent me an email proof to check. You can also give charge information to them so all you have to do is stop by and pick them up. The Burnet Road shop is a great location for a great new service. It was kind of cool to get my cards the same day.
Most awesome experience I've ever had in design work for buisness cards and flyers! I am in the tattoo industry and I highly recommend anyone go here if you need anything from buisness cards to flyers to stickers! This guy has absolutely everything...he is a true artist at what he does...very fast same day service at a very very reasonable price! I will definitely be doing buisness here for as long as I am tattooing in Austin for sure.Accept nothing less than this place!!
I contacted Charles as soon as I got off the plane in Austin. We coordinated via phone & email and by the time my Lyft driver got me to the his office, Charles was handing me my proof print. Bing bang boom, a few minutes later and I walked out happy with new biz cards. Thanks Chuck for helping out in a pinch!
THANK YOU CHARLES!!!! I had a work crisis and needed to print a bunch of cards, and fast! Charles and his team at One Hour Business Cards totally saved me. I am a planner and don't usually need items this quickly, so I panicked, but he took the order, I received a proof very quickly, provided payment, and received an estimated finish time and he finished early. And then I added a second order with some graphics issues, which he fixed, and also printed quickly. He was really easy to work with and I am very happy w/ the service and the product, glad to know about this operations. ONE HOUR BUSINESS CARDS is going onto my vendors list for work.
