I have been a patient here for several years now and I couldn't be more thankful for the love and care shown to be by the nurses and staff. They are all extremely skilled and compassionate. Dr. Rosado has been a godsend. He is not only knowledgable but empathetic. He is invested in each one of his patients. You will never feel like just a name on a paper with him. He treats each patient like his own family member. I highly recommend Oncology of North Shore.

Great team of oncologists and staff!
There are a number of clinically competent and well-respected oncology practices in Chicagoland; this is NOT one of them. First of all when you step inside this office you enter a time-warp and are teleported back to the 1970's. The décor is old and the outdated magazines are covered in dust. My main complaint was that given my mother's breast cancer diagnosis, I had to first suggest, then DEMAND that a genetic test be ordered. The office botched the process by not sending in completed paperwork to Myriad Genetics. The blood was sent to the Myriad Lab with 1) no indication of which test should be run 2) no information provided with family history and finally, 3) NO DOCTOR'S SIGNATURE. What kind of quality control is that? And it's only paperwork; I wonder what clinical oversights take place in medication management, etc. This incompetency has held up my mother's test results which impact not only her, but the rest of my family. PLEASE do your research and ask friends and family before selecting an oncology practice!
