This happened as doing this review. Called insurance they secured the service said 1 hour. I called to confirm. Service confirm by me and insurance. Spoke with a nice woman who confirmed it. Insurance calls me back and asked did they come yet i told them no insurance said that their phone was going straight to voicemail so I called same thing. When someone finally answered it was Hello as if they had just woken up. I explained the situation to which the man on the phone got a attitude with me. I told him do not get frustrated with me because i did not cause the issue at hand. He then looked it up in the system and said that it was canceled i asked who canceled it because I know that I did not and the insurance did not he got upset and said that I was insinuating that his company canceled it . Then he went on to tell me well we have other towing jobs we want the money but we cant get to everything I responded by saying if you cant do the job a simple no would have sufficed he then proceeded to hang-up in my face. I called back and the nice woman answered and apologized and said that was the owner and that the towing company was the one to cancel the service because the trucks were down. this place is not worth the time and the owner just sucks doesn't care about customer service at all go to Billups because they are professional and on time.

Would definitely not recommend this company. The tow truck driver put the wrong hook on my van and as he was pulling it up on the roll back, the hook came off and my van rolled off the tow truck and slammed into my buddy's truck that was parked behind me damaging both of our trucks. The driver didn't want the police to come to the seen. So we swapped insurance info, but they only want to pay for my bumper and there was body damage to both of my rear doors as well as the body itself. The owner was extremely rude on the phone. USE SOMEBODY ELSE IF YOU NEED PROFESSIONAL TOWING SERVICE. These guys are not professional!

The driver Kevin from OMEGA Towing was great! Very professional and timely. He met and exceeded my expectations. Due to some confusion, I reached out directly to OMEGA (was going thru AAA) and I don't know the gentleman who answered the phone, but he promptly too care of my needs.

Omega towing showed up 35 minutes earlier than what Geico said!! I was so grateful!!! I was stranded on the side of 64 East! Our tow technician (Michael Keith) was very professional, courteous, and friendly! Mikes truck was very clean and comfortable!! If I ever breakdown again, I will request Omega towing!! Very unpunctual, I cannot recommend a company that says a driver is going to arrive by x time and 4 hours later no response. No call no show. As a Williamsburg local I would recommend Henderson Towing for your towing needs. Obviously this company is overwhelmed with insurance claims. Bottom line avoid at all cost.

Trustworthy and Reliable . Very nice and respectable. My girlfriend had broke down and called Omega towing , they were there on time and were very helpful to the situation. I appreciate their speedy service, and reliability. This is the only Towing service I’m dealing with from here on out .

In these days in time it’s hard to find a tow truck company that deals with class and professionalism, usually you get rude , sketchy tow truck drivers ,that don’t care about the customers or the Vehicles that they are called to tow , but thank god Omega Towing broke all of my stereotypes regarding towing services. They are about their business, and treated me and my kids like we were family. For now on when ever I’m in need of a tow truck service I’m calling ‘OMEGA Towing ‘ !!!
