Ordered via Just Eat. App said the order was in transit and it took 25 minutes (from the time in transit) to arrive. As it was after the predicted arrival time stated on the app I phoned up and the gentleman assured me it had only just left the shop and would be with me in 5 minutes. When the food arrived it was lukewarm, the pizza was not great and the onion rings were awful. No sign of the chicken nuggets that were part of the meal deal that we ordered so phoned up. No refund available so these were then sent but arrived half an hour later and then weren't wanted. Staff weren't overly helpful on the phone, rude in fact and didn't even apologise for missing part of my order. I won't be using Omar's again I'm afraid.
