No problem at all with arena. Wish they hadn't employed the gestapo to ensure masks were worn. Really over the top and unnecessary. Good luck keeping the Lancers in business if you have to be so ridiculous. I took a drink and within 3 seconds was harassed to always wear a mask. I certainly wasn't the only one. You shouldn't be in a group setting if you have too much fear to move a mask aside and take a drink.

Not the same live sports social distancing but nice to be out.

I just want to give a shout out to the wonderful, friendly woman who was working the ticket box office on Wednesday, January 20th. She was such a joy to speak with :)

Employees walking around checking people for masks, which is fine, but when your employees call people names in front of others because they aren't wearing a mask momentarily, it puts a black mark on your establishment. I don't think this employee even knew the person she was talking about was with our team!

I've been purchasing a suite with a group of 30-40 people. It seems they want to gouge us on ticket prices because they know we want them (they keep raising the price for our group). We're a bunch of electricians, whom for the most part, drink too much and tip well. When will they learn, most money is made at the concessions? I'm not trying to imply gouging at the concessions; I'm stating they're driving us away. We're actually creating more ticket sales by creating excitement about LFL football at our large place of employment. The staff involved with ticket sales at Ralston Arena has been a substantial disappointment. They also had one individual trying to cover drink orders for two 40-person suites- ridiculous! The marketing staff really jumps over a pile of money to snatch a 20 bill. They wonder why ticket sales are so poor. Everything else about Ralston Arena was awesome!
