Having read a lot of these reviews on here I find it disrespectful and insensitive calling the staff , I've always found Sandra and Michael to be fine what people don't realise is that your not the only one there going in if you don't have the right references you need to leave and not hold up the rest . So basically if you go in with the right references and attitude then you'll be fine .

The thing behind the booking in desk, Sandra i think they call it, rude, arrogant, obnoxious, I dont who she thinks she is to speak to people like that, shes just a stain on the earth, not met anyone who has a good thing to say about her.
The lady if you can call her that at reception is absolutely disgusting. I think she is in need of some customer service skills asap. Her attitude to drivers is horrible it almost felt like I just ran over her cat or something.
In late but No Problem.. heavy lift & relocate box to front. Empty on back for next job. Fantastic service again .
