I would give 10 stars if I could. We have been customers for 10 years. We rented student instruments for our 2 children, they have the best service and return on rental rates for that forever instrument. We went today to find a forever viola for my youngest. No, I repeat NO, high pressure sales tactics. They asked for our budget and showed us those instruments. A room full of instruments, priced from to . Allowed us to choose. We came home with two to practice and play, no charge until we made a decision. We will return in a week or so with our choice. This is the second forever instrument we will have purchased. We were discussing our first purchase and what we could expect if our oldest is in the market to move up to the next level. They are awesome people. I have referred several friends and other orchestra parents to them. In short, if you are renting instruments somewhere else, give Old Town a visit. You will not be disappointed.

I would have to say this is probably been the best experience from a string company. They have the best customer service skills and were fast getting my rental to me. I would highly recommend if you are trying to find a great rental company and great quality this is the place to rent from!!

I have a luthier in a different city but he doesn't rehair bows so I gave OTV a try and I was very pleased. I love their (relatively) new building. All the staff are courteous and professional. They rehaired my first bow in a timely manner and I have been very pleased that I took my second bow there today. Today was more as my attempt to support them as my local business during this difficult time.
