Everyone is so friendly here the seem like a big how big family they keep you informed if you have someone in for a procedure

I would give zero stars if I could. Took my combat veteran to the ER 2wks ago in excruciating pain and he was not treated, not even an X-ray! Messages and appointment requests for a follow-up have been cancelled by VA and or ignored. We moved out of this state 5 years ago in search of better care and found it in multiple states. It's truly shameful we can't even get proper care in our home of record. This place is depressing and care is not given equally at this facility. (Testing only for certain patients?) The care of 100% service connected combat veterans should NOT be ignored. The care has declined instead of improved at this facility and it's just sad!

The majority of the people that work here are great. A lot do have their hands tired with the government tape. But I have a great set of Drs and nurses that take good care of me.
