Very good service, amazing food. 5 stars if the music was louder ;-) seriously, very nice menu, service and ambiance. Salsa may be the best in the metro. Mole, Cuban, many options not seen on latin menu's elsewhere in the metro...loved it! My advice, take a date, get a flight of tequila, do a shiver shot, and have an amazing time!
My wife and I went to 1492 for the first time the other night. We were so pleased with our service and food. We ordered the queso with chorizo for an appetizer. It had really great flavor. We both ordered the margaritas with sangria swirl, and it is one of the best margs I have ever had. I had the duck enchiladas and she had the seafood enchiladas. We were both very pleased with the quality and the flavor of the food. I can’t wait to go back!
Great food. Yucca was delicious. The venzualan brisket is very flavorful. The seafood enchiladas were delicious also. The sauce was amazing not too rich but just right.
Best swirls in OKC and salsa! Great variety of food to fit everyone's taste.
