I had reviewed a Jeep on the Internet, located at Tim Short Chrysler. My family went to look at it and my husband didn't care for that model. Sales rep, Bill, met w us, showed us two Grand Cherokee Jeeps that we liked. Bill was friendly, informative yet not pushing to make a sale, like, not in your face! We have just started looking! We met the manager, Mike and his team. Nice guys!

Horrible experience. We bought a car from them. They had said everything was fine with it and did not disclose that there was some problems. The car did not make it 24 hours after it left the lot. They refused to fix it. I would not recommend them unless you are looking for junk.
I would recommend Tim Shorts to any one looking to buy a car. The folks there are very helpful, honest, and friendly. We had a great experience and will definitely be going back.
If every dealership had people this friendly/helpful and just downright pleasant, sites like Carvana that are used to avoid dealership experience would NOT exist! Drove 3 hours from Louisville and would have no hesitation to do it again. Great deal, better people.

Not a great experience purchasing my daughters graduation present. Had to go back to resign paperwork and the deal wasn't even that great to start. If it wasn't up against a deadline to get the deal done, I would have walked away. They said they washed it when I bought it, they didn't. Wouldn't move any on price until the bank said they had to. It's basically a fast food car dealership. I wouldn't buy there again. At least find a place that treats you like a valued customer, instead of a chore.
The garage part is a total nightmare! I would never go back and everybody says how nice they are that’s when things are going right! But first sign at a mistake and it’s a whole new story !!!! DO NOT USE THE GARAGE
Drove almost 2 hrs to look at a pre owned Dodge Charger that I had called about and had asked if it looked as good in person as it did online, Only to find out once I got there that it huge scratches all over it that had touch up paint that didn't come close to matching. Was very disappointed that they couldn't have been honest on the phone
