I recently brought my vehicle over for maintenance. They set an appointment for a future date because a part needed to be ordered. The morning I brought the car over was 8 degrees and the driver handle of my car froze shut. I asked if they would look at it while they were doing the maintenance.. they told me it’s 450 to fix my car handle. I said no I’ll be over shortly. Sure enough when I got there the handle was fixed by itself because it warmed up. They were about to charge a disabled vet 450 for a part they know nothing was wrong. Not a word was spoken to me about it and just a key and on my way.. Be sure you know what’s wrong with your vehicle before bringing it in

This is a great dealership with friendly, knowledgeable staff. They take time to build relationships and truly care. I've been a customer since 2002 and can't imagine going anywhere else!

The experience at O'Conners was fantastic. We bought our son a Jetta. Justin was professional and courteous. In and out in 2 hours. Thank you all

Run! Do not purchase or service your car here. They sold my daughter her first car. Falsely advertised it with Bluetooth and cruise control, and then argued with us after the sale. Upon getting it home 2 hours away we took it to a local garage that discovered a major exhaust leak and possible oil leak. Called O’Connors, they looked at it and it came back with a bad PCV valve leaking oil (fire hazard and inspection item), bad catalytic converter, and a dangerous exhaust leak on the engine so you can’t drive it with the windows up. We have now waited 2 months because they can’t get parts and they refuse to make things right and buy back the car. Now reported to the Maine State Police and the attorney general hoping to resolve this situation. Thanks for ruining her first car buying experience and dealing in bad faith.
