The women that come to Just4MiE Pole Dance Studio come in all shapes and sizes, fitness levels and ages. The one thing that they all have in common is the courage to try something new! The combination of grounding meditation & yoga, the sassy fun of sensual dance and the strength building of pole moves ensures a uniquely fun way to be active and build confidence! It's the workout that doesn't feel like work!

Lynne's classes are professional, fun and a great workout! You get to explore your sexy side with dim lighting and learn some new moves with Lynne. Her studio is very classy from the time you walk in the front door to the dance room...including the change room that has a vanity area to get yourself freshened up afterwards. Can't wait for the class when we get to wear those high, sexy heels!
