Good food and excellent service! We ordered huveos benedits and forgot to ask for the soy substitute for meat. But the lovely folks at Aunt Mary's accommodated the request after our order was on table, and got us a new dish! The lemon ricotta pancakes are a must, and they have great selection of beverages to go with the food. With socially distanced outside seating,Aunt Mary's is the place to go for any day brunch.

I will never get to this place if I do not have friends to live in this area of Oakland. It is located not far from the MacArthur Bart station. Small place in the neighborhood serving nice food with nice atmoshpere mainly to locals. I am lucky to have an opportunity to eat there because of my friends who live in the area. Good choice of breakfast and lunch.

We like a lot hanging out. Yesterday we came to this excellent restaurant which we didn’t know before. We had a beautiful time there with superb dishes and an efficient crew and a great cuisine. We put this place in our phone list and we will definitely come back soon. We deeply recommend.

The employees were really nice and helpful. It was my first time here. I have been dying to go since I seen them on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives a few months back. I ordered Shrimp and Grits. I just wished it wasn't a pandemic going on so I could have enjoyed it there. I live in Vallejo so of course it wasn't as good as it would have been fresh. It was still delicious . I would definitely go back and recommend!

You may have to wait for a table. But it is well worth the wait. The food is excellent! Service is excellent. You give your order when you place your name on the waiting list. Tables in the back..6 ft apart. When they text you that your table is ready...you get seated and in 5 to 10 minutes, your food is brought out. Nothing is cold. Nice and HOT! Believe me, if you want good food, friendly staff and the desire to not talk after you take that first bite...AUNT MARY'S..is the place! And the empty plates are after eating the food in these pictures. You walk away full and content! Only sad thing...there is no where to take a nap after this meal. I keep telling them ,they need a room for sleepy customers.
