My experience was fab! Even though there is a pandemic going on it was still professional and fitted to the guidelines. The hairdressers were wearing face shields and masks, the stations were separated with thick plastic so you weren't near anybody else and the payment desk was a safe distance, wonderful place. I will definitely be coming here again.

Very early start today. Visited the salon and had a pleasant experience. If I said I wasn't anxious I'd be lying but the professionalism and preparation to put each customer at ease was first class. See you all again soon x
I went in a Chewbacca and came out a Han Solo. Lucy was brilliant, my hair looks right thousand times better and I honestly can't believe how cheap it was too.
I had such a great experience at Hairworx. My neighbour recommended them to me and I was a bit wary as I’d had a bad haircut at another salon I’d been to in town. Having moved to the area from London I was pining for my old hairdresser, but due to all this crazy stuff I can’t get down there to have it done. The last cut proper I had was at the end of Jan and was a pixie crop. It’s grown and grown in lock down and with a few lockdown trims on the bottom part by my bloke and the terrible hairdresser I’d been to in Oakham, it wasn’t really in a style anymore Laura was really lovely and got what I wanted and did it absolutely perfectly! I didn’t want any off the front length and knew in my head how I’d like it to look and she pulled it off perfectly! I’m so happy with it and the salon was super clean, space and screens everywhere and staff we’re so friendly and welcoming. Will be going back to Laura for my next trim!
