Black parking attendant would not let me use the bathroom even tho I am a State Employee. I never had a problem with using the bathroom until I encountered a problem with some one with the same completion as me smh.

Parked in the garage today. Asked the parking attendant Jose approximately how much it would cost to park the vehicle (Jeep Wrangler) for 2 1/2 to 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon. We were told approximately 35 to 46 . When We arrived back three hours later and we were told it was 70 for three hours! What?! When we asked why the price jumped so much we were told it was because we had an over sized vehicle. No mention of this when we asked the price. Never have we been charged a over sized vehicle. Would be nice if them to inform the customer. To add insult to injury we waited 40 minutes for the car! I would advise strongly against using this parking garage.
Today at 2:30pm I visited this place. There was a big discussion between two attendants how to charge me.....I was told that I have to pay oversize for my car - cash! Go figure where that money will go.... Of coarse I left....
Horrible customer service. The guys that work there seem to make up the prices as they go. We confirmed the pricing with the gentleman numerous times and when we go get the vehicle they come up with double the price. And then continue with attitude.. Spent over 30 minutes asking for a supervisors number. After I finally speak to the supervisor Jorge, he hung up the call while I was still speaking. Very rude and unprofessional. Honestly wouldn't recommend for people to come here.
Good service. Very expensive.
