For anyone that plans on visiting Brooklyn Circus don't. The name fits them as they operate like a circus. If you go and visit then you will find out they are closed until September when their fall close come out(seems a little late for fall clothes in NY). They do not state this on their website or any social media. If you look on google it will state they are still open everyday except Monday. This is a very easy fix if they wanted to change it. I went to go seek information about a tuxedo for my wedding and suits for the groomsmen and found they're not open. I sent a direct message via IG stating this wasn't professional. The response I received was not what I expected. I received a response basically stating they only do custom suits and they would have to approve who wanted a suit. Basically they was saying depending on who I was I wasn't getting a custom suit anyways. Little do they know a close friend who frequently shops at the store(not anymore) referred me. I suggest everyone run from this place.
Well on October 25 I bought three items, with in a hour a returned one item and figured I’d get my money back within a good time frame it is now November 18th and I’ve called, I’ve emailed and no one has answered or responded to my questions or requests. All for an 80.00 item ! I’ve waited long enough I’m putting in an investigation!
Great Store and Great People!!!! I went in there last week wanting only the black varsity jacket and I walked out with a blue one. The workers there helped me pick out the perfect size and color that will fit me better. Such a great store. Highly recommend going in there to talk to them because they will help you. The quality of the clothing is on another level. My varsity jacket is so nice, warm and durable. My mom was also impressed and was happy I bought this rather than some other jacket where I would be paying for the brand. There is a lifetime warranty on the Jackets too which just symbolizes the quality. Wore it the day after I bought and got so many complements. Cant wait to go back and buy more from them.
