I receive lots of messages about a job here, when i reply im not interested and i dont want receive messages from them they tell me im a waste of time, this sounds very professional :) Like a local guide definetily i dont recommend this business to nobody.

We thought we had found the right place for my brother in law when he needed end of life care. We were assured that they were able to provide not only the perfect care for him but would also support the family. However this has not proved the case. It is now well over two weeks since he died and so far no one has contacted my sister from the Home, even after she has emailed them. The caring and nursing staff had been excellent but on the night he died the nursing care fell short of our expectations particularly after we had been given such high expectations. The caring staff were always very good. It isn't good enough to have a lottery at the time of your loved ones death. We are disappointed that the all we were told at the meetings pre his arrival did not live up to expectations at the very time it was needed.

Ashton House Residential and Nursing Home is a beautiful purpose built nursing and residential home set in the heart of Crawley. We looked at several homes but felt this one had good sized rooms with good en-suite facilities. The staff are always caring, helpful and welcoming. The food is to a very good standard.

What ever you do, DONT place your loved one here. The management don't give two hoots about the care they give and god forbid you stand up to them because they kick your loved one out. Utterly shameful.
