Our Mum, the late Eileen Featherstone, was a resident at Lakeview, and we could not have picked a better home for her, the care and support she received was second to none, she would often say \There goes another one of my lovely nurses\, as they walked past her room, waving and smiling at her, saying \Hello Eileen\, and I can vouch for the staff I have met myself on every visit to the home, I have always found the staff here happy to help, they were always very attentive. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff who looked after our Mum, at what was the very stressful heart breaking time of the decision to have to put Mum into a home, you made that decision the RIGHT one!!! Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts! I will continue to sing your praises to everyone I meet, that Lakeview is the best care home!!!

My nan was in this home, there isn't enough staff so they put the buzzer out of reach for her and left her in soiled adult nappies, if she did press the buzzer a long wait followed, the food is terrible, after she died someone did a spot inspection and found a lot of flaws !!!!
