Poor ..renting a van? Go somewhere else

Hard to review this place due to the fact I work here. If you are after a van/car for a just a day then Northgate is not for you as can be pricey, Northgate is aimed at businesses that plan on leasing vehicles 12 months and are the best at what they do. Norwich depot has their own workshop for a quick turn around of any faults/ defects of vehicles if they arise. Went in for vehicle service. Really helpful and friendly. Can't thank them enough while waiting for service. Tea and coffee on standby the whole time.

The best thing about this business is it's cheap. You're kept waiting as they chat to each other. Vehicle inspection takes forever as they shamble their way through it. Basically, they make you feel like something the dog just brought in. I will happily pay a little extra for better service elsewhere
