One of your guys was working on the same job in fairhaven with us and we needed an extra hand with something and he jumped right in and helped us out with it... There is a guy there named Jim who is about as good of a guy there is. Although I didn't directly work with Northsound, I ran into an unrelated issue and Jim came to the rescue. It's not about business, it's about people helping people. And Jim is about as good of people as it gets. Thank you Jim.

If I could give negative stars I would. The company I work for uses NSR for their HVAC repairs and we are now going on day 21 WITH NO HEAT, did I mention I work with children. NSR has sent the same tech out 5 times in the last 4 weeks, the first time he said he needed to order a part. Then that part just happened to \arrive that morning\ after having to call several times the following week to get follow up on when they were coming back to fix. The same tech comes out and is there 4 hours working on the unit to only tell us another part is needed.... Same routine for the next 2 weeks. Today he shows up with now the 3rd different part and we notice or building is filling with gas as he is working on the unit. He had locked the access door so we cannot get to him to tell him what is going on so we are frantically trying to get windows and doors open while searching for another key to the access door because he has taken the key in with him. Finally we get key and tell him you're filling the building with gas and he's response is yeah I know sorry I can't get the pilot lit..... Hello idiot! He then leaves and guess what.... STILL NO HEAT!

We had the British guy come out to look at our ice machines last year. (Think his name was Grant) Very knowledgeable and polite Would highly recommend NSR.

North Sound does good work when they come out, But are un-willing to come out unless they have other calls in our area. We are paying for the drive so I am un-sure why it matters. We have had some great maintenance done and some sketchy guys as well come out to our facility, Its really Un-fortunate, they lost a costumer today because instead of taking the time to listen to me, I was cut off and told how busy they are. I guess you can't handle your work load guys... I found someone that will come out even though they are busy :) So thanks but no thanks. My freezer has been down a week now.
