Dr. Mitchell is just by far the best physician one could ask for. Have been seeing him for over 15 years and I personally think he has saved my life more than once and my Mothers as well. He has spotted things through early detection that proved to be lifesaving because of him catching things early. He listens, never makes you feel rushed and will take the time to give you good quality care. Bottom line is .. HE CARES and that is priceless. I will put up with possibly having to wait a little here and there because he is the best!

Every time I call I must leave a message but walk in for an appointment and no one in the front is doing anything. I called for an appointment that required a referral and I was given an appointment date 1 month out, after speaking to office manager it was less than 1 week. Went to the office specifically for a post op physical and they gave me the results over the phone when I requested but never sent in the forms for surgery clearance. I requested an appointment with my PCP (documented Doctor) and it’s been 3 weeks I call weekly to get a date and NO One has contacted me. I was referred to this office, it came highly recommended over 3 years ago but the quality of care and customer service has significantly diminished over time. The front desk personnel seem to have very little regard or respect. After my request for an appointment I was put on hold, she came back and called my last name as if I were in the Military. I corrected her and said Mrs. Not Recommended At All!

My father and I both have been coming her for about 2 years now. We both see Steve Conley, PA. He is an amazing physician. He always takes the time to listen and never makes me feel rushed. My dad is a medical mess and Steve always treats him appropriately and doesn’t judge him. He always gives us appropriate referrals and follows up. I’ve never had to wait in the office more than 5min. The schedulers are always flexible and accommodating. They are happy to refill a prescription as long as an appointment is scheduled.
