Ian was fantastic and without him I wouldn't have been able to achieve my distinction in level 5 operational management!! He's clearly passionate about the subject and has lots of real world experience. He has regularly challenged me to think critically and to drive to get the best result possible. There have been a few issues along the way, but TESS and Ian have dealt with everything quickly and professionally.

I am an associate trainer for The Tess Group, delivering mainly Level 5 in Leadership & Management and Learning Development Consultancy, and I can't speak highly enough of them as colleagues and as an organisation. I'm very choosey about who I work with; I won't work with organisations who operate unethically, I won't work with organisations who scrimp on quality and I won't work with organisations who see cash instead of learners. The Tess Group not only meet but exceed all of these touch points and more besides! I work closely with Martin, Rod, Lisa and Steph and I can't speak highly enough of them. They all genuinely care about the learners and employers they work with and go out of their way to provide a top quality service and product. I began my studies of Improvements Practitioner a little over a year ago with Stephanie, and I'm thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The training has been very comprehensive around each topic, and has been taught in a way that lets me apply learning to my work, on a daily basis. Stephanie has been phenomenal - always going above and beyond to answer my questions and help me build my understanding. Considering that I'm a relatively fresh out of college, my professional confidence has grown massively and I can credit Stephanie and her training for this.
