As a Landlord we required a fire risk assessment on our domestic premises. Our letting agency recommended we contact ACA. Initial communication was efficient and professional and the process was very straight forward requiring little effort on my part. They produced a comprehensive FRA report with clear recommendations on how we may improve our fire safety standards. I then had some follow up questions on how to best implement these improvements. I immediately received answers and some very helpful documents to assist me in this process. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
