Cannot rate North West Fireplace Centre highly enough, would definitely recommend them. From our initial visit to the showroom where we met Tony and Paula, they were so helpful and friendly. Tony is fantastic, was completely honest and helped us with the design of our fireplace to make the most out of it and it was so much more than fitting a fireplace, it was more like interior design! The whole team kept us informed throughout the process and the team of fitters were fantastic and professional throughout! Thank you so so much to everyone at North West Fireplace Centre, we are absolutely in love with our new fireplace

This company is one of the best we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the very beginning, walking into the showroom right up to the very end they have been second to none. They are not only a fireplace showroom they are an interior design service if required, taking in your ideas and designing them to perfection. Tony the owner of the company went over and above to create our most perfect living room and bar area and each and every staff member starting from Steph in the showroom right across the board to the fitters were absolutely fantastic!! You will not be disappointed I guarantee. Absolutely 5 star *****

I really did NOT want a new fireplace, but our fire was old and didn’t work and needed replacing, so we went to browse! From first setting foot in the showroom the team were fantastic. They were patient and listened to what I wanted and showed us options. We ordered a fire and surround and mantle. The day they fitted it they were brilliant. Polite, tidy, helpful and left hardly any sign they had been (new mantle is smaller than the old so some sign inevitable!). Then, two days later, they rang to say we’d overpaid and to credit our account with over 300! Honestly, fantastic customer service. And - I love my new fireplace!

The whole team were brilliant from start to finish, Steph, Tony and the installation team. We never felt pressurised to buy from them, they gave us lots of ideas and were very patient. They wanted to ensure that we would be fully satisfied with the end product. The installation team were very clean, tidy and professional. I would class myself as above average DIYer, I was trained as a plumber and know how to do electrics properly and the installation team did everything to the book. Tony rang me during the job to say that the cost that I had been quoted and accepted was now coming in lower and that my final bill would be less than I was quoted!!! That is a first. Most companies would have kept it.

Excellent Service from browsing the shop to the final installation, Steph and Tony worked hard to get our fireplace just as we wanted, the choice was the only problem as there was so much.
