Jason is the best. He has a very friendly costumer service style, he goes an extra mile to make a customer happy. After 20 years being a boys auto body customer I changed and iam not regretting this. Would recommend this to everyone. This location is the best!

This was my first time going through ICBC claim process but Jason and Sarah made the process super easy. They also provided an amazing modern replacement vehicle. After the job was done my car looked stunning and they went above and beyond to make everything perfect, you can’t even tell where the damage was. That’s something coming from someone that works around a lot of cars and can tell a good paint job from a bad one. To top it all off the customer service was amazing and they cleaned inside and outside of the car even. I highly recommend the North Vancouver location.

This is the best place to go if your car needs fixing - the service is very courteous, prompt and efficient. If you need to borrow a car while yours is in the shop and Kirmac doesn’t have one available, they will rent one for you – how’s that for great service! Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and excellent service was provided. I had never gone through a claim process before and Jason, Sarah and Scott were extremely helpful in explaining the steps. They provided a loaner vehicle and did a great job with the repair of my car. My car was returned to me thoroughly cleaned inside and out.
