This is well run repair shop, Donna looked after me politely booked in for dropping the car and kept me informed at all times, even helped me arrange a time to remove remove my belongs from the car, I was able to get them before the car went in for repair. Was given an aygo car to use till repair completed, love the sound under acceleration very clean car. Donna phoned next day car had been repaired and I could pick it at 1430. Overall impressed highly recommend.

On they report bad quality pictures, before giving them car for repairs make sure you make as much photos as you can on they carpark. Unfortunately in my case car bamper was damaged and it was previously painted by someone else. Unfortunately the garage did not spend any minute more to prepare bamper for paint job and results you can see on photos after they finished paintwork. Now I have car bamper what looks worse than before accident. Garage and insurance company are happy with this kind of work. Never expected this kind off car repair for my car. If would know what to expect: I could buy used bamper with same colour of paintwork. I could prepare this bits for paint job myself. Sounds silly but looks like it is what you have to do if you want good results.

I absolutely can't fault these guys. First time using them and will use again without a second thought. My car was booked in through a 3rd party insurance company after being hit by a bus, during the build up of covid 19. From start to finish I was completely kept in the loop for what was happening and changed that had to be made. During the repair they keep in contact with progress of the work. When it came to collection they went over and above with car and keys cleaned and looking perfect. With the social distancing on going my keys were bagged up so not to be touched before collection. The work is second to none i have used several body shops before with different cars and this is hand down the best. Even with the closest of inscription I couldn't see a single trace of the damage and couldn't tell you exactly where the large dent in the door was! Thanks to everyone again!

Worst garage I have ever used, full of excuses and lies. Update - response from ashgrove further supports my original statement that they are full of excuses. Yes I was a customer and this company is a joke.
