They have been great. Moved to a new location now on fielder and I feel they can see more patients faster and have more available appointments

It appears that they have properly updated their reviews section so now I can poorly review the proper location. My son goes to this clinic. From day one we have had issues. 3 hour wait past initial appointment, prescriptions not being sent to the pharmacy, being automatically sent to a answering service during normal non lunch hours, no call backs from any one and not being able to get a hold of the provider for answers, etc. Basically a terrible experience, but because my son's pediatrician would not do medication management, we were stuck. So after an initial 1 star review (on the co-located clinics page as there was not one for this location), I was reached out to by the ew manager\ asking for a fix to my review and listening to my issues. I had a productive call with her, but I was not about to change my review until I saw change. For a while things improved. People answered phones, we were called in relatively close to our appointment time, etc. So I upped my review slowly. Well shame on me for praising a poor experience when things seem to improve for a short time. In the last 3-4 months things have steadily gotten worse. Being skipped over for later appointments that showed up afterwards (did not miss appointment time, just got moved back with no explanation), not being able to update to new insurance cards in office, not getting the right email to send scanned copies, not getting through to calls to the office during normal business hours and lack of communication. Case and point. Evidently they stopped billing my secondary insurance back in August '19. We just found out today (2/11/2020) that this was the case and owed money. Why were we not informed in say September? This is insane. As the secondary insurance is no longer viable this year, there probably will not be the opportunity to back bill. I have left a message on two voicemails and neither have been returned as of yet.

Wonderful reception, very professional staff. I felt at home. Would definitely recommend this clinic to family and friends.

I thought I would like this clinic due to the doctor being 7th Day Adventist as my family, but after the year I have seen that this place is just not up to a professional level. It takes much too long to get our prescriptions pre-authorized. The secretary/secretaries do not know what is going on with patients. I definitely don't want to continue at this clinic.
