I've been using the health centre for four years now, friendly, efficient and well organised. They combine a digital service for the 21stC with the human touch. They've served our family of four really well.

Utterly laughable reviews, 'Unable to get an appointment'- do these people not listen to the news or know what the government advice is. These are the people that cost the NHS [taxpayer] 80 per wasted appointment on something trivial like a sore throat; and treat the place like it's private medical care. Having first hand experience of what a real bad surgery is, I can say I have no issues at all with this place and while I don't relish visiting a GP practice, this one is good. Sure it can be tricky to get an appointment at times, but that's the same with most surgeries, [maybe it would be easier to get appointments if people didn't waste GPs and Nurses time with a list of 8 conditions for a 15 min appointment for 1 condition]. For those that give it a 1 star review, your expectations will never be met on the NHS, perhaps you should use your own money on medical care.

Awful. Impossible to get appointments...or even an answer at the end of the phone. I've tried to hang in with them but have now changed doctors, as this surgery is so difficult to deal with.

I haven’t been to my doctors for quite a while but yesterday feeling really ill I gave in and rang to get an appointment. I was expecting to be told that there were no appointments and I was ready to have to go to the local drop in clinic. However, the very polite receptionist asked if someone could ring me to discuss my symptoms and I agreed Within the hour the practice nurse rang listened to my problem and made an appointment for 3pm that day with her. She examined me and agreed that I had a chest infection. My prescription was then sent electronically to my nominated pharmacist I see a lot of negativity regarding Doctors Surgeries at the moment but in my case I’d like to offer well deserved praise for a quick and efficient service

Ordered prescription three times and I still don’t have my tablets. Rude receptionists with very bad attitude.
