Service was great. The only issue was the information I was given regarding the warranty. I was told the vehicle came with a warranty, signed papers acknowledging it came with one. Later during closing I was told the vehicle would not come with a warranty. This should have been disclosed up front at the beginning and not changed at the end.

We purchased a new Macan S from Porsche Bethesda on Sunday 08/30/20 and it was a very pleasant experience. My wife loathes walking into car dealerships (this was for her) and she actually enjoyed this experience. No pressure - at all - not even a little. Very accommodating, the salesperson (Christian Arostegui) had full authority to do pricing, no waiting half an hour for a sales manager to muck around with deals, and no hard sell. This is a Sonic dealership, and in general I find Sonic MUCH easier to deal with than say a Rosenthal or Penske store. Everyone was friendly and they even gave my wife a round of applause as she drove off in her new car. Highly recommended for your Porsche buying experience.

I just bought a used 2018 Audi Q7 from Porsche of Bethesda. Dexter Jay was the associate that I dealt with and he was awesome! The car I bought was much less than the typical car that he would be selling at the dealership, but gave me the attention and responsiveness that you would have thought he was selling a 125,000 car. Every request I made, he responded quickly and with exactly what I asked for. This was super helpful since I live almost two hours away from the dealership. The Audi I bought was in perfect shape. Other than the miles, the car looks and drives like brand new. It was fully detailed and a full tank of gas prior to leaving the dealership. Thanks again for everything!

I had a fantastic experience with Christian Arostegui at Porsche Bethesda and bought a great car. This was a completely 100% virtual buying process. Christian is a great guy to work with, sending all the info that helped me to make a decision. He’s knowledgeable about the car and I did not feel any pressure. I felt comfortable to buy without going on-site. Porsche Bethesda was fair in completing the sale and I’m looking forward to working with Christian & Porsche Bethesda again in the future if I’m fortunate enough.

Excellent service. Porsche of Bethesda exceeded my expectations. I bought my Porsche when this place was located at Rockville. But serviced to Arlington location for convenience, just being close to home. My vehicle experienced a parking control/camera problem due to moisture or water getting into the control board. This issue should had been covered under the warranty, but the Porsche of Arlington did not want to cover it, and wanted me to use my comprehensive insurance to pay for the 2k approx cost. I decided to give this place a call. I explained the situation once, and they did not hesitate to help. Front desk Michael Radan diligently forward the request to the service manager Alex Valenzuela, who took care of the issue. He offered a loaner to be picked up next day without hesitation. I brought my vehicle and Phill Lozano took it from there. The vehicle was diagnosed and fixed under the warranty in a timely manner, they gave me text and phone updates; and followed up after I picked my vehicle up to make sure the service was done correctly. I just wanted to thank this place to take care of the brand as it should. Porsche of Bethesda reclaimed another customer just to bring professionalism and excellent service through Mr. A.Valenzuela, P. Lozano, and M. Radan (the front desk who diligently routed the information to the right recipient! ). I highly recommend this place for servicing your vehicle, I will still bring mine as long as I own mine (even though it's far from home). And definitely will purchase from them in the future.
