Had a internet issue and had called xplornet on the weekend. The tech they were trying to give me was not helpful at all. I called Noron and they were great! Came out same day and fixed my issue! Wonderful Customer Service ....would give 10 stars if I could!

I wouldn't deal with them if you paid me. 3 times they were supposed to show up and they didn't show or call. Customer service is terrible! This place is a joke!
