I do not normally write reviews, but felt compelled to praise this local business! I've been shopping for a stainless steel work table for my kitchen. After shopping online I looked into finding a local place where I could not only see a table in person, but hopefully purchase one. Google informed me that this place was just down the street from my apartment. I emailed their sales office with some details, and they quickly responded with exactly the info I needed. I decided to stop by after work. I was immediately impressed with how friendly and approachable the staff was, and quickly realized it was family owned. I had spoken with the president, Derek Thomas, via email, and he also helped me in person. He led me into the warehouse and showed me the table he thought best suited my needs. After having my questions answered fully I decided the price was fair and I then paid. I was unsure if the table would fit in my vehicle, and Mr. Thomas was very accommodating offering solutions. I decided it actually would fit if disassembled, and Mr Thomas assisted and we were able to make it work. Throughout my experience Mr. Thomas and his staff were friendly, engaging, and very accommodating despite the small level of business I was offering, in addition to being knowledgeable. To me this is evidence of a professional establishment where I will have full confidence returning for any future business. I will recommend Coastal Wholesale without hesitation!

I rented a commercial steam table from this company. I picked it up on a Friday but would not be using it until the following day. Upon setting up for my event Saturday morning, I notice the power was out. I flip the breaker back on only for it to trip again. The steam table kept knocking the power out. I notice it had the wrong plug for the amp it was pulling. I called the company and they sent out their electrician. He arrived after my event was ruined and over. I had to pull the food off the steam table and individually serve my guest that was expecting a buffet style setting, After returning the rental I requested a refund because I could not use the steam table and my event was ruined. I was told that I could not get my money back but could get a free or a discount the next time I rented from them. Why would I rent from them again if my first experience was horrible and wasn't rectified to my satisfaction
