We ordered a tumble dryer about 3.5 weeks ago. We have had one email about this to say stock was expected about 2.5 weeks ago. Our money has been taken for the tumble dryer, but we have not received our order. We have not had any further emails either. We have been calling about 3 to 4 times a week (with multiple attempts at calling each day) as we actually wanted a fridge and a freezer as well, and we wanted help. No one is answering the phone. I think we have lost this money now just before Christmas. I can not recommend this company currently. We are very upset about the situation and wish for either our order or a refund. Update: I have just left a bad reviewed on the \best of\ platform which the company use on their website. As it was a poor review it goes to the company for moderation. I suspect it will not be published. I'm really just trying to initiate communication and gain a refund or our order.
