First time here. Called over the weekend to get a quote on my watch, the first watch place I called didn’t want to give me a quote “over the phone” I called Nina’s and they said 7-10!!! I read their reviews and I hurried over, place was packed (on a Saturday) didn’t even know this place existed bc I take my jewelry to South America. Can definitely tell they were all regulars. The owner was so nice. Had my watch fixed in 5 minutes and I inquired about a cleaning of my necklace and he gave it to me on the house. Needless to say. My new watch repair and jeweler moving forward!

Ninas Jewelry Repair did the impossible! I had a metal silver bracelet which I absolutely loved but haven’t worn for years bc it needed repair. I mean I tried a few places in Broward but none could fix it. I even thought to throw it away. I saw the awesome reviews here and...WOW! Ninas did the impossible! They have my business!!! I love this place! Great service. 80 cents/pound. Free pickup & Delivery for where I live(Inner Richmond). Same day or Next day service at the latest. Really nice and professional people. Schedule it a couple days a week and it can double as a wake up service!
What a pleasant experience. Such awesome and attentive people. I came in to get my wedding band resized because it kept falling off my finger in the shower. Very transparent and upfront. Plus, if you are concerned with COVID, as soon as you walk in, they have a temperature check machine and hand sensitizer machine. These people get it. Highly recommend.
Warm atmosphere and great prices! The owner and the staff are very kind and helpful! They repaired my watch and fixed my wedding ring and my husband's ring. The store has a great selection of jewelry, there is something for everyone - even watches for the kids! I love this shop!
