The main point of this review is how wonderful my experience was at Wasknijper in Nijmegen. I had 2 friendly local people assist me through the process, but it is reasonable, fast, and simple once you get through it. I am from out of town, but buying and using the detergent and using the washer and dryer was really well done. I put some tips below. The place is convenient and clean. Washing Tips - 1) Don't be cheap and try to overload the washer. Buy the products you want for pre and during the wash and a fabric softener if that is your thing. Paying for the washer starts the washer. There is a bell that goes off when the washer is done. 2) You pay for 6 minute increments with the dryer. I had some heavy items in my wash, so I went with 30 minutes, but 24 or 18 would have worked. You have to press the start button on the dryer to start the process. There is a bell that goes off when the dryer is done. Paying 1) Euros are needed, no credit cards; There is an ATM up the road away from the train station.
