I am currently in a room which I Paid over 300 per night. The TV is inoperable and I can not get through to the front desk. Concierge and Guest Services are also ineffective. Worst experience ever, I have travelled the entire country and never had this horrible experience. I could have driven home in a snow storm and been more comfortable. Do not expect a top notch stay at this deplorable excuse for a \top notch\ hotel and casino. Stay any other place and uber in if you must!
