Fantastic immersive experience! Tracey was very organized and well prepared for us. We really enjoyed learning to make soda bread, wheaten bread, and potato bread in the authentic Irish way. Tracy also had some delicious homemade jams, which we enjoyed with our freshly made breads afterwards.

Tracy was a fantastic host and the experience was wonderful. This was our first trip to Northern Ireland and it made for an great start to the holiday.

Three generations of Nixons thoroughly enjoyed Tracy and Fred's Irish bread making class. A beautiful setting, friendly instruction and a great craic enjoying the fruit of our mornings labours. Not to mention very accomodating of baby Beth who came along to her first cookery class. Top marks

THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST, IF NOT THE BEST, OF ALL THE EXCURSIONS I HAVE DONE DURING MY 44 CRUISES. WE WERE WARMLY WELCOMED BY TRACEY INTO HER CHARMING THATCHED COTTAGE AND ENJOYED A DELICIOUS TEA THAT TRACEY HAD PREPARED. MAKING THE TRADITIONAL BREAD WAS SUCH FUN WITH TRACEY BEING AN EXCELLENT TEACHER.WE MADE SODA BREAD, POTATO AND CHAMP BREAD, COOKING THEM ON A GRIDDLE AND WHEN COOLED SAT DOWN TO EAT THE FRUITS OF OUR LABOURS! HOMEMADE SEAWEED BUTTER, BLACKBERRY JAM AS WELL AS RHUBARB AND GINGER JAM WERE PROVIDED TO SPREAD ON OUR BREAD. WHEN VISITING DIFFERENT COUNTRIES WE RARELY GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT THE HOMES OF LOCAL PEOPLE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE.

Had a wonderful time with my daughter this morning. Met a lovely group of fellow bread makers and made loads of soda, wheaten and potato bread which we brought home. Brilliant experience which I would happily do again. Ideal for a group large or small to spend a few hours being creative. Thanks Tracey and Fred.
