Abundant choice of Caviar and fish roe selection from Neuvic being located in the heart of the gourmand Dordogne. Here you find the most beautiful grains chosen for their rarity and their incredible long finish. Caviar is native to the Caspian Sea but is elaborated with all the know-how and quality commitment of Caviar de Neuvic. We also love their Sturgeon rillettes with caviar but also the caviar butter which our kids love to spread on the top of an omelette or/and blinis.

We had the most amazing experience at caviar neuvic. We loved fishing for sturgeon and even though we had never had caviar before the tasting was amazing. We found the tour very informative and their products are so creative and delicious like the caviar butter and rilettes. I loved feeding the goats and the price was very reasonable at 19 euros. Fir that price we got to have a full tour with just two of us since we needed an English your, we got to try fishing for sturgeon, feeding goats, tasting of sturgeon rillette, caviar butter and a spoon of caviar each as well as a glass of sparkling wine! It was the highlight of our trip and s great way to spend a few hours :) highly recommend to anyone!
Wonderful visit to the caviar neuvic boutique. Unfortunately the sturgeon farm visit was canceled due to flooding, but we enjoyed a delicious tasting and video, with excellent explanations in English and French. Yoann was knowledgeable and took his time to answer all our questions before we bought several goodies to take home. Of particular note were the caviar butter and the reserve caviar (made on site).

Très bel accueil à la boutique. La jeune fille qui s'est occupée de nous nous a très bien conseillée. Conseils avisés et justes. Un rapport qualité/prix parfait .Nous avons trouvé notre bonheur et attendons de déguster les produits avec nos filles.
Très déçus par notre expérience avec cette maison de caviar français. La boîte achetée ce Noël dernier pour déguster nous a d’énormément déçus : aucune saveur, pas ce goût iodé et fort inimitable, comme nous l’attendions, complètement fade. Rien à voir avec d’autres maisons françaises qui font aujourd’hui de très bons caviars. Et de plus un SAV très éloigné du consommateur qui a complètement ignoré mes remarques. A éviter donc si vous voulez un bon caviar.
Très intéressant et surprenant ! Une vraie découverte et une visite guidée de qualité à travers l’exploitation passionnante... Nous avons apprécié le travail réalisé dans le respect de l’environnement et des animaux. Dégustation à la fin , très bons produits
