Being an agent for Stovax i called Ards Fireplaces asking for an engineer to call out and help repair a fault with my Stovax fire. I was informed by the receptionist that they couldn't come out for at LEAST FOUR Months!! as they were fully booked out.... seriously.... ?!

I didn't make a purchase but feel that I was well guided by staff and never put under pressure to buy.
Don't buy from here. We paid extra to upgrade and we recieved an ex display. We never received any discount back on the ex display fireplace. I went in to give an opertunity to sort this out, but they declined. When the fire was installed, the controller was not left but they insisted this was northlands fault. The blame went back and forward for a bit until it was discovered that the installer had forgotten to leave it. I would avoid buying from here.
