Purchased a Gaming PC from WJM Tech last year. I originally found them on an auction site but decided to contact direct. Guys done me a great deal on everything I required to get myself set up I even picked up from their store to save a few extra . PC has been running well can’t complain about it at all. Although in hindsight I wish I had paid the extra for a GTX 1660 instead of going with the GTX1650. If you playing CoD the 1660 is a better idea. Not a complaint as this was my choice but now I have experienced it the 1660 would be better value. ️️️️️

So I ordered my son a pc gaming bundle and up untill the point of item being delivered communication was great... DPD delivered item however they left it inside my block and did not ring my buzzer or in anyway let me know they had just delivered my item so that I could get the item and bring it in my flat.... so I did not get the item and it seems it was stolen from my block Since finding out DPD do not require a signature on delivery I declined the offer of a new bundle being delivered as I live in central London and a lot of drug addicts come up where we live I was also told by the seller that what DPD do is out of their control... So yes was extremely reluctant to have another bundle delivered and requested my money back..... I am now being told that I can not have my money back that the seller wants to get legal support from their solicitor ... I have contacted 101 and will be taking this matter further I am a single parent i work I pay my bills and I can not afford to just throw 339 away .... My advice to anyone before paying for anything that needs to be delivered from this site ensure that you make clear instructions that in no circumstances should anything be left on your doorstep or in the block but instead placed in your hands just so you do not go through this awful experience I am currently going through I paid before getting the item and placed my trust in this company and due to the delivery service just leaving the item in the block in am now suffering

Experienced some issues with delivery which was out of their control, they went out of their way to resolve the problems & deal with any questions we had very quickly. Product is great for price.
