Same review as the others - so my advise...look elsewhere for your women's health needs. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE and NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS. I had a scary test being done and no one would call me back with the results. I tried 3 times, after a week of trying I finally got my results, which required another appointment that I'm now a week later trying to get them to schedule for me but NO ONE WILL ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!

the office never call you promptly when the results of a ultrasound or bloodwork comes back. You have to actively call them to inquire about it. The front desk and their medical staff does not seems communicated with one another because you'll get a verbal promise that someone will call you back but never does. called 3 days to inquire about my test results and never got a call back so i went down there to the office and everyone was gone except one front desk. the front desk told me the midwife i was seeing was on personal leave and will not be in the office. i was so mad i requested to speak to a manager. only then did i get a call back from an associate doctor to tell me my results.

Was referred to NWH by my primary care for a colposcopy after pap came back abnormal. Left 3 messages with the office before being called back to schedule an appointment. (Total elapsed time between referral and being seen was about 3 months). Went 2 weeks ago for a biopsy, and haven’t heard anything back after being told someone would call in a week to 10 days. Sent my provider a message VIA the Lifespan portal on 2/14, left a message at the office 2/15. Heard nothing back. I finally called today and spoke with a receptionist on the phone this morning (2/19) who said she didn’t have access to that part of my chart and that an MA would have to call me. I asked that she PLEASE give me a call today. Nothing...go figure! Guess I will have to show up to the office and ask for a copy of my medical records this week since this particular practice is lacking in the communication department... Wouldn’t refer any of my friends or family to this practice. It’s a shame...because the specific provider I saw was wonderful, and she’s going on maternity leave sometime in the next week or two! EDIT: These reviews say it all!!!!!

I called to say I was running late for my appointment, they said I had a 15 minute window to get there, so I rushed there, had no parking so had to park blocks away, made it there at exactly 9:15 I was standing at the window but she kept the glass closed while she way typing until 9:18 and then turned me away. The next available appointment isn’t until March If they told me I couldn’t be seen I wouldn’t have rushed there to make it within the 15 minute late window (which I did) and then have her decide not to speak to me for 3 minutes then tell me I’m 3 minutes late.

I absolutely love the nurses and my OBGYN. I’ve always been treated kindly and have always gotten answers when I needed them.
