Dale has been so kind to help me by regular telephone sessions and regular email updates to which he replies to. He takes the time to get to know you, the time to help you and he has helped me a lot so far! Taking to him has made me feel at ease as I wasn't so sure on asking for help before. He's understanding and a great person to work with. I would 100% recommend his services!

Dale is very easy to talk to. Great work ethic, I’m early on my journey to recovering from my past and I feel in a MUCH better place than I was before I met Dale. Really good experience. I had a session to help me reduce the amount of chocolate I eat so that I can have a healthier diet and loose weight. The session worked amazingly and I haven’t eaten chocolate since and I have had a much healthier diet. I would definitely recommend dale.
