Amanda helped me so much to get out of my shell and become confident, not to worry about what people think of me, and being able to stand for my opinion. I know for sure I will be going back whenever I feel like I need a bit of boost or when I feel down, not just for Hypnotherapy, but also for \chat\ as she is listening and not judging, which sometimes is all I need.

Amanda provided a safe and warm environment for me whilst i had a session with her. I felt so relaxed! I have been a different person since i have been seeing Amanda, the positive changes in my life are amazing! This lady is the sweetest lady and i would highly recommend her to everyone.
