good escape room honestly a lot of fun only reason i gave it a 4 is because the staff said he would put the photos up on facebook and he didn’t would still like them photos on facebook like for that free clout

Suspend your disbelief for an hour and you should have a great time doing the alien challenge. Would have liked more variety in the puzzles. Excellent staff on duty for our trial who informed and looked after us all.

This review isn't about the quality of the venue but the booking process. At my own fault I accidentally booked the wrong venue, I wanted to go to the Newcastle under Lyme escape room but mistakenly booked onto the Newcastle upon Tyne, I accept this was my mistake. The booking was made on Tuesday and set for Thursday I phoned within 30 minutes of making the booking to cancel and was told that they can't offer refunds. This is extremely disappointing as it was not clear when booking online that this would be the case and it was within 30 minutes of making the order so it wouldn't have affected spaces available to offer. They transferred my booking to a closer venue but then I found out that it charged more for the room. I had paid 75 for the Newcastle venue and then was required to pay 102 for the same room at the stoke venue. Again this was not made clear on the phone and I was completely unaware that it would cost more until I had the confirmation email come through for the new booking.
