Constantly messing up with prescriptions leaving you without medication. And if you goto put in a complaint. The practice manager won't deal with it accordingly if it's about her which I've found out recently. Manager thinks that she can speak to people however she wants to but the moment you tell her that she can't. You get removed from the GP list because. The practice is a mess and no one seems to be bothered to try make it right. They mess up prescriptions and think it's ok. Ive been without my medication due to this on a number of occasions. I would advise to go that little further to find a practice until something is done at Denton.

Been with doctors 20 years and at my current address for 10 year's,get a phone call today saying you have 28 day's to find a new doctors, why your not in our postcode cover my post code ne47qz hasn't changed since I joined so what's the problem? Oh if you need a doctor your 200 metres away from the line, absolutely ridiculous hope the practice manager got guts to get in touch and explain who in charge of the clown who phoned

Don't expect any care or compassion, a senior 'doctor' called David made me feel feel awful nd hurt my self more. dr shields was a bit better but i am disgusted with this practice, after coming here since I was a baby they have let me down time and time again over the years.

The doctor's and staff at Denton turret have always been fantastic for my family and me. Not just for scrapes and sniffles but real support and good advice.

Very unprofessional on the desk, talk down to patients, treat you terribly. Very bossy, and do not understand the practices protocol. They need further training. Some of the women Linda especially are very intimidating and can make you dread calling in. They will deliberately ignore patients, which is very embarrassing at the time. I have always been very polite and have at times asked for prescriptions which they get very angry about. When they have been the one not to put the order through, this then means I need to speak with a Gp (wasting their time) just to get my repeat prescription, which I ordered a few days prior. I absolutely dread having to call this GPs they are very intimidating.
